Ryan Aryan, the CEO and founder of RELEVO., is an entrepreneur and youth advocate, who resides in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is passionate about passing the mic and amplifying voices that need to be heard.
Inspired by this, he came up with the idea of RELEVO. as he believes that the youth voice is profound, powerful, and profitable, and that its value creation potential should not ever be misjudged. Within RELEVO., he is in charge of managing the company’s day-to-day operations, overseeing all work with clients, and developing our consulting practice. When not working, you can find Ryan wandering in nature, reading or meditating.
Jahanzeeb is the Chief Strategic Officer and co-founder of RELEVO. With this position he guides companies to achieve success in the fire within Generation Z consultation. He does this by creating strategic frameworks that help develop the organization. Jahanzeeb has completed his Master's in Strategic Market Creation from Copenhagen Business School. He strongly believes that the future does not wait and that Generation Z has the capacity to create a brighter future. He sees RELEVO as a unique opportunity to carry the thinking of the younger generation (Generation Z) into the market. When not working in RELEVO, he enjoys being with friends and families, training taekwondo and working on side projects as the entrepreneur he is now.
Sebastian is the digital manager at RELEVO. Through this position he wants to lead RELEVO's efforts in technology, IT and digitalization. He wants to bring people with flair for IT and digitalization to the workplace. A Copenhagener who has studied his professional bachelor's degree in Economics and IT at the Copenhagen Business Academy (KEA). Sebastian is a digital native, where he grew up with technology and IT. Inspired by her friends to pursue a career in technology, at an early age Sebastian began consulting various small businesses and start-ups around IT. He then realized how Generation Z has a huge impact on corporate digital presence. He is convinced that Generation Z has a lot to say from a digital perspective as they are digitally native. This means, that they have the flair for exchanging exciting and effective ideas and understand the importance of teamwork. Therefore, aware of his experiences and the potential of Generation Z, he endeavors to apply his IT skills to RELEVO's future philosophy with his team.
As Chief Brand Officer, Antonio is responsible for changing the company's brand strategy to fit the company's target audience. He does this through various marketing initiatives and by leading RELEVO's communications. At the same time, he is responsible for creating creative content and giving talks to companies around Generation Z. All you need to know about him is that he believes that Generation Z has infinite potential.
Since 2012, Antonio has lived in Copenhagen (Denmark), where he has moved from Majorca (Spain). As a 15-year-old, he sought better opportunities for education as well as future. Subsequently, he has adapted to Danish culture, where he still has an international mindset. In his spare time, Antonio enjoys running, which he has consistently done for many years. He has participated in many different races and competitions. This can be anything from 5km races or international marathons (Copenhagen, Valencia, Hamburg and Boston.)
Hameed has acquired a great knowledge through his education, professional Work and he can through communication skills create the best results. He has a big interest in working on problem-oriented Projects in the fields of marketing, economi and finance, management, HR and much more. He contributes with a strong analytical, methodological and communicative approach to his Work tasks, which always has an eye for creating valuable results for our clients.
Sandra is the head of marketing and oversees all marketing activities of the company. Sandra has completed her Master in Brand and Communication Management from Copenhagen Business School. She is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy and communications to fit the company’s target audience. She ensures that the team effectively fulfils the organisations marketing strategy by developing plans to help establish our brand, sets short-term and long-term goals and allocates resources to different projects to promote higher profitability and competitiveness. Sandra understands the power that Generation Z holds and to achieve success in today’s world companies need to have knowledge of popular social network website and understand the latest digital trends in the market. Sandra strongly believes that companies need to hear the voices of Generation Z.
Tomas is using visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. He is also responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our website. He is about to get an AP degree from Multimedia Design that currently studies at Copenhagen School of Design and Technology. Tomas is designing with Gen Z in mind as he knows that they have a huge impact on digital industry.
He considers himself as an ambitious and self-motivated person who has a keen interest in all things related to design. When not working or studying, you can find him letting off a steam in a gym or by doing any kind of sport, listening to music, educating himself in areas of business and design or just spending time with his friends.
Dominika is the newest addition to RELEVO Team and is held responsible for social media and content creation. She has an AP degree in “Multimedia and Communication” from UCL (University College Lillabælt) in Odense. She is currently enrolled at Copenhagen Business Academy (KEA) in the last year of getting her bachelor’s degree from “Design and Business”. Dominika has a strong eye for the detail and always makes sure the right branding is achieved in anything she creates. When she is not present at RELEVO. or at school, you can most likely find her reading, drawing or writing. She is interested in gaining knowledge about entrepreneurship, design, psychology and media.
